Deliveries are scheduled outside service where possible, so stock is received and put away before the kitchen gets busy.

Your delivery window is agreed when the account opens and confirmed in writing. It does not move without a call.
Cold chain
Temperature controlled, end to end.
- Chilled — carried and delivered at 0–5°C.
- Frozen — carried and delivered at −18°C or below.
- Checked on arrival — temperatures are recorded on the delivery note and signed for, so you have the record for your own due diligence.
You will need suitable refrigeration available at the point of delivery. Once goods are signed for, correct storage is your responsibility.
Outside our area?
Ask anyway — routes open where the demand is.
We currently deliver across Edinburgh and the Lothians from our warehouse in Edinburgh. If you are just outside it, tell us where you are — new routes open where there is enough demand to run them properly.
